Delivery & Returns
Delivery is free for orders with a basket value higher than 150€.
Twocute has chosen Colissimo to deliver orders in France. For international orders, Twocute is working Colissimo et DHL, Hermes. Each order is sent within 24 hours (Monday to Friday - orders made during the week-end are sent Monday morning). Deliveries in France take 2-3 days, EU up to a week and the rest of the world up to 7-12 days.
For deliveries outstide the EU, taxes for the customs may apply. Those taxes aren't taken in charge by Twocute. The total sum of your order does not take into accout those customs taxes.

Order made between 12h30 from Monday to Friday are sent the same day. Order received after 12h30 are sent the next day. Orders made during the week-end are sent on Monday morning.

RETURNS WITHIN 14 DAYS
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt. However, we can only accept non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered or washed. The return shipping costs is taken by the customer.

The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us – remember to ask for proof of postage, so if your parcel goes missing in the mail, you’ll have proof you’ve sent it.
We will notify you by e-mail when the returned products have been received. We will process your refund within 10 office days, after receiving your package. The refund will be made with the same payment mode as your initial order (e.g. if you used Paypal for payment, we will make the refund using Paypal). If you want to exchange for another size, color or item, please send us the item back for a refund, and then place a new order for the size, color or item you’d prefer.
Remark: the “one-way” shipping costs and the return shipping costs are on the charge of the Client. Twocute only refund the purchase price of the article. If the return is due to Twocute's fault (default of the article, wrong article in the order...), we will refund you the return shipping costs if you send us the invoice.
We accept payment via Paypal, Visa und Mastercard (Stripe).
